How a piece
is made
Four stages, one bench, in Bengaluru. Nothing is outsourced.

Step 01
Sketch
Every piece starts on paper, drawn at full size. We redraw it until the line is simple enough to wear every day and strong enough to last.

Step 02
Cast
The drawing is carved in wax and cast in sterling silver (92.5). Molten silver fills the mould in seconds, then cools slowly for an even grain.

Step 03
Finish
Each piece is filed, sanded and polished by hand at the bench. Oxidised pieces are darkened, then rubbed back so the high points shine.

Step 04
Hallmark
Before it leaves the studio, every piece is tested and hallmarked to BIS standards: the BIS mark, the purity grade 925 and its own HUID code.
03Two finishes
Polished
or oxidised
- Polished
- Bright all over, like a mirror. It shows every curve of the piece.
- Oxidised
- Dark in the recesses, bright on the high points, so a pattern stands out.
